Network Admin → IT Recruiter
I spent four years in IT — helpdesk, MSP, and enterprise networking. Now I'm moving into recruiting because I genuinely enjoy helping people find the right fit, and I know this industry well enough to have real conversations about it.
Looking for IT talent? I can help.
My background is in network and IT infrastructure, so I have a decent sense of what the roles actually involve. I'll do my best to send you candidates worth talking to.
- Focused on network, infrastructure, and IT support roles
- SoCal-based and remote positions
- Straightforward process — no fluff
- I ask the right technical questions before sending anyone your way
I've been in your shoes.
Helpdesk, MSP, enterprise networking — I've done it. I hold a CCNA and JNCIA, so when you talk about your experience, I'll actually understand what you mean.
- Honest feedback, no sugarcoating
- I won't ghost you — communication matters to me
- I'll try to match you to something that actually fits
- Happy to help you think through your next move
My background
Started at the helpdesk and worked my way up to network admin across a few different environments — MSP, healthcare, and enterprise.
Supported a four-building campus at VAST. It gave me a real sense of what large IT teams deal with day to day.
Served in the Army before getting into IT. It taught me how to stay focused and get things done, even when things get messy.
Cisco and Juniper certified. Not something I lead with, but it helps me understand what candidates are actually talking about.
Handled end-to-end onboarding for new hires — devices, accounts, first-day coordination. I know how much that stuff matters.
I've always liked both sides — solving technical problems and actually talking to people. Recruiting felt like a natural direction.
